Our Strategy

Funders for Regenerative Agriculture (FORA) works across the philanthropic community to inform, educate, organize, collaborate with, and recruit funders to support regenerative agriculture with an urgent focus in the next five years.

FORA’s core work centers on pursuing strategic initiatives in a deeply collaborative way, where members learn, act, and invest together. FORA engages its network to provide introductory pathways for funders to learn about regenerative agriculture, and to connect with peers and practitioners.

The primary mechanism for working collaboratively are our member-led Strategic Initiatives. When we talk about “Strategic Initiatives,” we mean actual pathways for using group exploration, philanthropy, investment, and other forms of action to achieve specific outcomes over a specific period of time using one or more levers for change.
